Dear Jonathan,
I've tried all of your links.
And only one was successfull.

I've searched my computer to try to "uninstall" and then "reinstall"
messenger.

But I can't find anything under that name on my computer.

Yet messenger (which isn't working) pops up everytime I turn on my computer.

I'm VERY confused.

Please do assist.

Thank you so much Jonathan, I recently well in love with a girl from Thailand
while she was here on a student work program, and after she moved home we
only talked on wl, after it failed on me i would use the msger that came with
my windows, and needless to say with out offline messaging it is alot harder
to contact someone 11 hours ahead while they are a full time student and you
work 70 hours a week, so I thank you so much for being alot more tech savy
then the rest of us!

Hi.. I have the same error code.

I tried downloading, but only the first one worked.

The second link showed this:
A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file:
C:\Users\Alex.Alex-PC\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\Q0BVC8TO\crt.msi

And the third, this:
A network error occurred while attempting to read from the file:
C:\Users\Alex.Alex-PC\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5\Q0BVC8TO\Contacts.msi

help please, if you can. thanks!
