error code 800703E7 for SP2

trying to download and install SP2. Have all the critical updates installed
including GDI+Detection tool (KB873374), BITS (KB883357) and security update
(KB833987). However, cannot download SP2 due to above error code.
Has anyone seen this same error?
Any suggestions on correcting this?
