I have tried installing the following update for my soundcard.

I've checked Windows Help, and I have tried searching but I have not found
any solution or reason for the error.

Sorry there was a error when I tried posting this and I retried. But i guess
the error was false, please use my other topic.

You can do directly to creative website and download the driver. Run as
administrator.
