error code 800706B5 (KB933566)

i get this error when im trying to install the cumulative Security Update for
Internet Explorer 7 in Windows Vista (KB933566). I already uninstalled this
update once, and tried reinstalling it, but it's unsuccessful.

Ehm, KB933566 has been replaced/superseded by KB937143 (MS07-045)
on August 14th.
