error code:80072F8F on Windows Vista Enterprise

I had just installed Microsoft Office 2003 and when i start Outlook I get an
error about a file which is said to be the wrong version (or corrupted) the
file's name is MAPI32.dll. So I tried updating Microsoft Office and I get the
error mentioned above. It just keeps on telling me to "Try Again". Can
someone tell me a solution to either or both errors. By the Way; the other
Office programs are running smoothly - only Outlook that's giving me problems.
