error code 8007F0CB

I have XP prof. and WU offered me several times to install a SP2, but
downloading is beeing iterrupted because of this error code, description;
"your product key is not valid for this download", or something like that.

no, it dosent matter dod , once you shut down the pc and wait 30 mint , its
gone restarted it. its gone
