Error Code: 8007F0CC When Downloading SP2 for XP Pro

The error number is quite different to others. You should
contact Microsoft, at least to ask for a meaning. They
offer free support for windows update issues. You just
need a passport account (hotmail will do)

This error is due to a modified boot.ini file.
