Error Code 802400D when trying to install Update for Windows Vista

Good morning,

I am trying to use windows updater to download a new upate for my cleanly
installed x64 Windows Vista Home Prem. I installed Vista with SP1 and
downloaded all the required updates. However, this particular update
continues to give me error code Error Code 802400D when trying to update
KB947562.

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium, Dual Core 2.6ghz, 4gb ram.

Please check that error number again, Eric. Could it be 0x8024000D?

Did you install SP1 manually, via Windows Update, or did you use a Vista SP1
CD/DVD?

Can you download/install the x64 version manually?
