(NOTE, for the same reason, I couldn't download the BITS v2 update

Can you obtain BITSAdmin

bitsadmin_tool.asp) and then do the following:
1) Start the download as you did before
2) As soon as the new window opens stating that updates are being
downloaded, run BITSAdmin as follows:
bitsadmin /list /allusers /verbose
And send the output.
