Error code 8024402F

Hi.

I do have this update problem on Vista Ultimate.
Even reinstalling the software and trying the update as the first thing
after the installation brings the same error.
So this got nothing to do with 3rd party software I think.
It's a microsoft thing,
If anybody got a solution to that please let me know in here.

I think I went one step ahead.
I changed a setting in the windows firewall for BITS and somehow the update
started and said that there are 11 updates available but the updates didn't
download.
Now I'm getting error code: Error Code 80072EE2
The strange thing is disabling the firewall does not help so I'm still
puzzled about this.
Anybody knows how to fix the new error code?

....just DISABLE bloking activeX in firewall/router ;/

...and life with Vista are colorfull again :P
