Error Code 80246002, January Microsoft Updates

I used some advise I found on this site to get the updates. I went to the
update page and searched Microsoft.com for the exact names of the updates. I
then searched the results for a download option and then downloaded the
update. It works. It is not the way you should have to do it but at least
you can get the updates this way.
