Error Code 80246028

I just reinstall my Window Xp Sp1 but i cannot update (error code 80246028) ,
why?
p.s. my computer always will pop a window and said my window will shut down
in 60 seconds (Because lsass.exe had shut down or svchost.exe had shut
down)!!!What can i do?

Sounds like a virus - blaster or sasser use to shut down in 60 seconds from memory

Your PC is probably infected with a worm/trojan as a result of being
connected to the Internet without security updates or a firewall.
