Error Code 80248007

Receiving error code 80248007, windows update not happening. I have tried renaming the software distribution folder but that doesn't change a thing. Can anyone help????

1. Click Start, Programs, Accessories, Command Prompt.
2. At the command prompt, type net stop wuauserv and then press ENTER.
3. Type rmdir /s %windir%\softwaredistribution\wuredir and then press
ENTER.
4. Type net start wuauserv
5. Use Windows Update again to install updates.
