wat does this error code mean and why cant i sign in. does anyone kno pls??

Hello,

are you using a firewall? If yes, be sure it is configured that it lets
Messenger connect to the internet. For testing, you can turn it off and see
if Live Messenger signs in.
Otherwise you will just have to wait until the service is available again
for your account, I think.
