Error Code 81000378 when trying to login to Windows Live Messeng

Hi
We are getting the error 81000378 when we try to login WLM in my organisation.
But some time we are able to login WLM also. We can login MSN w/o any error.
Please help us for the same.

Hello,

which Windows version are you using? What does the connection troublshoot
say?
Can you connect through webmessenger.msn.com? Have you got an Anti-spyware
installed?

Thanks for your reply
We are using latest XP virsion.We can't use connection troubleshoot page
bcoz it is blocked in my organisation & webmessenger.msn.com is also blocked.
But we had got one tempory solution for the same.

1.Remove all the setting from IE connection--->Lan setting Tab.
2.Now try to login WLM
3.after successful login to WLM.Reconfigure your IE setting.
