Error code AA1

When trying to install updates, I get Error(s) found: Code AA1 Windows Update
encountered an unknown error. The updates are Office 2007 related. (KBs
972363, 973909, 972581, 974234, 974810). I have searched online and deleted
all files in the update directory, but no success.

Your first post 3 minutes earlier is still here. Try giving more
information, like, OS and service pak #.
