error code ox80072EFD anyone got any suggestions - ? thank you

had the slab slept for a week and still cant update windows or office the
puter guided thingy doesnt work and im losing my patience - HP dont reply
to my emails and everything ive tried has not worked ( not that that should
make a difference )
any suggestions will be gratefully accepted and thank you in advance - fluffy

thank you for your help im busy and hard at work working through them -
windows office seems to be working for now and hopefully ill get the
windows update working thanks again - fluffy
