error code received at windows update page

i received errors codes [Error number: 0x80072EE2) when i tried to seek
updates today

Error 0x80072EE2 is: ERROR_INTERNET_TIMEOUT
Translation: The request has timed out.

When accessing the Update site, you receive the 0x80072EE2 or 0x80072EFD
error.
