Error Code On Startup

Hi guys I am running Vista 32bit on pc start up it runs ok and starts however
every time I get the following dll could not find error code.

c:Windows\system32\yayaYspM.dll

I have tried to run my vista disc and fix windows but like a numpty I have
scratched it and cant get that far can anyone assist as it is becoming
annoying now.

There is no Vista system file with that name. You must have some sort
of malware on your system. Try running an antivirus program and
antispyware tools such as LavaSoft AdAware, SpyBot Search and Destroy,
or SuperAntiSpyware (they are easy to find under those name in a google
search.)
