Error Code

I tried to upgrade microsoft outlook 2003 junk email filter ( KB969376), and
I keeping getting error code 646.

Help!!!!

Insert your Office 2003 CD into the appropriate drive prior to attempting to
install it again (or installing it manually).

I had the same problem and have found an easy solution. I got offline and
then installed all updates without the error 646. IT WORKS !! I hope this
help you

Thank you so much! I have tried for 4 days to install these updates,
searched Microsoft knowledge base and everything. Finally run onto this
tonight. I went offline and tried it again, and it immediately installed!
