error code for xp 0x80242006--- KB 934238

tried 8 times to down load update KB 934238 to no avail i need help plus the
auto updates did'nt work

I have the same problem and the help search is of no value

I installed Widows Update Agent and it fixed all.

I now install auto with no problem.. Below is the link
