error is : generic host process for win32 services has encountered a problem
and need to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience


after close this network is block and we restart the computer its work if
agian massege will come then we restart agian

like this we are faceing problem in one month please help us

Not a virus [from the way it looks].

Go into the event logs and see if it gives additional information.

Which version of Windows and service pack?
