error create object selector to create group or user

Hi:

In a working group to try to change the owner user Member
member of, and seek to select manager I get error such
when trying to create the object selector. I did everything as described in
kb/816818 but still not working.
I understand that permissions have been changed to some file (any program
I guess) and which are not.
