error download of Windows Update

I have a Firewall DLINK and soon there is a ISA Server 2000 but inside they
recien this my network, good I cannot unload updates from the page of
windowsupdate, this step since I put Firewall to him DLINK to my network, it
wanted to know that ports update uses the Windows... or single the 80.. it
also uses single TCP or UDP???.....or what can be happening...
they leave the following codigos to me error: 0x80244021 and 0x80004005
