I have almost exactly the same error:

Here is an email I received today from WLMD Support describing this error.
Thank you for writing back to Windows Live Mail Technical Support. My name is (snip) and it is my understanding that you are still getting the "Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. There is an error synchronizing your mail account, please call Microsoft support to resolve this issue. Server: 'http://mail.services.live.com/DeltaSync_v2.0.0/Sync.aspx', Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: 'User has maxed out their sync relationship quota', Port: 80, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 3206, Error Number: 0x8DE00002." You have provided the log files for this issue. I understand the inconvenience this issue may have caused you and the importance of addressing your concern. Errors are the result of the client having exhausted the maximum number of synch relationships it can establish with the server. There is a maximum of 50 synch relationships in a 30-day period a client can create with the server. In most cases, this is more than enough relationships. However, there is a bug with Outlook Connector where OLC doesn't write a synchronization key to the local store, so when it tries to synchronize again, it tries to create another synch key/relationships. When it hits 50, you will be locked out for 30 days. For now, there is no workaround other than to wait 30 days for the synch relationships to be deleted. In the short term, OLC will try to clean up its code to avoid this situation. I am having the exact same error 'User has maxed out their sync relationship
quota' - did I read it correctly, there is NO WORKAROUND for this issue other than waiting 30 days for the counter to reset? I would expect that MS could reset the counter at any time - this is really a major problem w/ both outlook connector AND windows email live, since I get the same error when I try to download email folders after creating an account. MS has to come up with a work-around for this issue. I've been struggling with this. The answer doesn't seem to be anywhere else on the internet other than your post! I've looked long and hard.
I imagine this issue is still happening since i'm having the problem. I need to know if when you say "wait 30 days". Do you mean wait 30 days without using Outlook Connector? I'm trying to install Outlook Connector and / or WLM on a second machine... I imagine this could cause additional problems? What i'd even like to do is migrate the Outlook Connector from one computer to the other but I have no idea how i'd do that.
However, both computers would be ideal. Myko W wrote: Thanks 17-Nov-09 I've been struggling with this. The answer doesn't seem to be anywhere else on the internet other than your post! Start a new post and describe your problem. Include any error messages.

Good morning everyone,
I had completely forgotten about this thread. I had to log back in and read it again to refresh my memory. I suffered with this problem until the following items became true: 1. If you are using Windows Live Mail, upgrade to the newest Windows Live Mail Desktop Client http://download.live.com/wlmail - OR - 2. If you are using Outlook, install the newest Outlook Connector (as of the date of this post, the newest version is 12.1 (12.0.6423) http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en When using the newest WLMD client, I never experienced the error again. Subsequently, when using the newest Outlook Connector (when using Outlook) the problem also vanished. From what I can ascertain, it's client side code that is causing the problem (incorrectly reporting itself to the live.com/hotmail.com mail servers.). Updating your client side software should take care of the issue. Now then, I say this because this worked for me. Your mileage may vary. Good luck! However, both computers would be ideal. Thanks..!
I have the latest versions... so I guess there is something new after all... Also, as of this morning, i'm getting this error even on my Outlook '07 account now (just stopped working today): -------------------------- Error in Mail The server reported a temporary error. Error: 5102. Server. Xfs request 'SyncBinary' failed. Response code: 'ObjectAlreadyExists', server response: '760 0'. -------------------------- Does that mean I have to wait the 30 days??
