Generally speaking .. you have a bad memory stick corrupting your system
files. I manage IT for abour 400 people in state gov .. I have seen a few of
these that exibit a slowness for a while .. then just crawl to a halt ..
then BSOD.
If you have a system diag disk from your OEM .. run a memory test .. bet you
will find your answer.
