Error E0434F4D

The update is: Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 1.1
Service Pack 1 (KB886903)

Update has tried to install since 10/10/07 and fails each time. Has
anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks.

Maybe try to remove and reinstall it after running the removal tool.
