error error 80072efe

hi, I've been trying to solve this problem for 2 weeks now
when i use windows update i get this error code 80072efe, and i can when i
go to youtube to watch videos, the video loads for a very long time then it
says the video isnt there and my friends can watch it. I think the problem is
related.
I'm using windows vista home premium
plz plz plz help me
