When web accellerrator is not the problem, Windows has not completed the
requiired software change automativcally to your Pc.
You will be require to clear a checked box everytime you wish to check on
windows updates.
"FIX" is to Open Internet Explorer, Choose tools, then Internet Options.
Choose Connections, and then settings. In the center of the page UNCHECK the
box that says, use proxy server for this connection. OK your self out and go
directly to windows updates, then install all the proper software to use the
site, but remember the fix I gave you; you will need to do it everytime to
check on undates even if auto is running it is good to Check and see if it is
actually Running, mine was not, Good luck
