Error fix (popup)

Grrrrr its driving me crazy ill get somkind of popup whitch say there mayb
can get a critical error to fixs it he say's somting like this

1.klik start ent select run
2.enter www.errorfix.com
3.install the program ant chek for erros

if u download the program he scan and after hes dun he says youl have to
register to use it i think the only error i havce is that message anybody
knows a what to do

i alredy found somting but it dusnt fixs it you only go around it

2. Double-click Administrative Tools.
3. Double-click Services.
4. Double-click Messenger.
5. In the Startup type list, click Disabled.
6. Click Stop, and then click OK.
