error found code 646

please help! i tried to download all updates today-9 of them. all but 2 were
successful. the other 2 came up with this code 646. the updates were
microsoft works 8(kb977304)and office 2007 update for microsoft office
infopath 2007(kb976416). i can't seem to update them. the license agreement
won't come up when i hit the try again button. please help

I am having the same problems.....sometimes I hate Micosoft. Any suggestions
for me and Phlylis?

i had the same error, so far I installed a iuntel driver but I have to see if
it works.

Same here. My codes were a little difftrent though. KB976884 snd KB976416

I encountered the same problem too in installing 13 updates.... I kept on
following some of the instructions in Help menu but to no avail... How can I
possibly install all of them?

I have the same error code with 5 "Important" updates.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. Tried repeatedly to install them
and looked at the help section which was absolutely no help. If anyone has a
solution, PLEASE HELP!!!
