Error: 'Group Policy Client failed to logon. Access denied.'

Hi.

I have just got a notebook with Windows Vista Business and after trying to
move my user files (Documents/Pictures etc.) onto the secondary harddrive and
failing I now cannot logon any longer with my usual user name. The Error
message 'Group Policy Client failed to logon. Access denied.' pops up and
automatically logs me off again.

I restored all the user files as they were before, to no avail. Can anyone
PLEASE help??
