Hi,
After a recent automatic update, I am unable to send outgoing mail through my charter.net email. I am getting this error message:
Server: 'SMTP.charter.net'
Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x80070057
Protocol: SMTP
Port: 25
Secure(SSL): No
Can anyone advise what I need to do to fix this? A Charter representative told me it isn't their problem. The email address I had been using for years is a charter.net email address and the only email address I had registered with Windows Live Mail is a hotmail email address.
