Error (iKernel.exe) cant launch!! Vista.. Anyone?

Hi guys... Search every where for an answer for this and cant find it anywhere.

When i try install some problems i keep getting the error "The InstallShield
Engine (iKernel.exe) could not be launched.

Class not registered"

I did remove the installshield folder to try solve the problem but it
continues to show this error.

I also downloaded and run the Installshiled updater and again nothing... Now
im lost on how to even fix this as the Dial-a-fix does not work on Vista.

Anyone got an answer?
