Error Instaling KB928365 - KB928366

It won't let me install the updates.
Getting the following errors:
KB928365 - Error 0x64c
KB928366 - Error 0x

Ran update several times after checking deaper into what may be the problem
on my computer. Finnally found the KB928366 file is empty on the web site.
