Error on install of SP3 0x80070005

I have successfully installed SP3 on some home machines but the above error
stops me on the office machine. I am logged in as administrator however I am
getting "access Denied". On the second attempt I disabled every program I
could think of.

Any ideas?

First, make sure that your anti virus software isn't locking the registry and preventing
the installer from modifying the same.
