Same problem here. I have Windows Ultimate and I can´t get the Spanish
Language Pack to install. It breaks half-way.

Hi all,
I resolved the problem the following way.
Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Local Security Policy
Click on Software Restriction Policies
There (if no policy is defined) create a new one.
In Enforcement select that this policy should be applied to all users
except administrators.
Then try to run windows update once again.
Best regards
Andre

Hm,
though the update performed once successfully the installed language
(German in this case) did not show up.
After the system told me that the update was successfull I had to
reboot the machine. During reboot VISTA configured the installed
updates.
When I tried to install the update a second time it failed again and
....
German still is not availble as a language for menues and other
things.... :-(.
Best regards,
Andre
