Error installing programa in WinXp SP2

I have a program that uses a hard lock (to avoid illegal copies), and I have
to run a program supplied by the vendor of the hard lock, to install the
drivers for it.
When I try to run the installer in Windows Xp with SP2, the following error
message appears:
" 16 bits Windows subsystem
C:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt
The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows
application.
Choose Close to terminate the application "

I have executed that installer before without any problem, but always in
WinXp WITHOUT SP2.

What can I do ?

Hi Elga,
It might be because the program is not compatible with SP-2. I think, some
people who I know have simialr problems when they try to install programs
that don't work or install correctly on SP-2. Bye
