Error Installing Service Pack 2 (Windows XP Professinal)

1. I goto http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
2. I click express.
3. My Computer finds Windows Service Pack 2
4. Starts to download it.
5. Half-Way it locks-up and says FAILED! And closes.
6. I have more then 200gB free space.
7. 2gB of RAM.
8. Freshly installed Windows XP.
9. Dont kown what to do.
