Error loading Profiles

Hello,
I have a problem when a user is trying to log in in Windows Vista
When i do it like an administrator, it loads my profile in a norma
way. But when another user tries to log in, it says there was an erro
loading the user profile, and it will use a temporary one.

when i check in c:\users, it doesnt create the user folder, it
using the temp one. And if I add an icon to the desktop, the next tim
i login, is not there.

I have tried several times, but is not workling, adding the user
unadding, giving him privileges as an advanced user...nothing.

Can u help me? I need the user to have some specific icons in th
desktop...and there is no way that they stay there after login out!
