Error loading windsw32.rom

When I start up my pc i always get this error message:

How can I stop this coming up? And is it important at all?

It's likely to be evidence of a "Trojan"
Do a google search on the file name for more details and advice.
(Too much to list here!)
The offending file may have been previously removed, and whatever tries to
start it is still active.

See if you have a program called Tinypic on your computer.
Use Revo Uninstaller (Free) to get rid of it.
Check you Startup programs. http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml

Maybe try CCleaner.
