Error: Path not found (0x80070003)
If you receive this error message, follow these steps:
1. Verify that the following folder exists:
%systemdrive%\Documents and Settings\All users\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader
If this folder does not exist, create the folder.
2. Verify that the profile locations in the registry are accurate. For more information about how to
do this see:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/214653/
How to set the path for the All Users profile
Also check that the following folders exist under %windir%\SoftwareDistribution\
Note: (%windir% = C:\Windows)
DataStore\
Download\
EventCache\
SelfUpdate\
WebSetup\
WuRedir\
Finally - Some have had success with clearing the contents of the Datastore and Download folders.
