Error Message: 0x8007045D

Update Rollup 1 for Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 (KB891861)

This is one of two Updates that I am having a problem with. I formated and
reinstalled win 2000 pro. I had already completed 62 updates successfully
with Avast as my anti-virus.

Both of the remaining updates give me the same Error Message: 0x8007045D
I had already tried to perform the same update with Avast disabled only to
get the same result.

Any suggestions would be greatly appricated. Thanks

error. ERROR_IO_DEVICE

I suggest to check the Device Manager for any yellow or red markings.
