Error Message 0x8024402F

Please help me. I frecuently keep getting error code 0x8024402F when I update
Windows Defender

My product is Windows XP

0x8024402F WU_E_PT_ECP_SUCCEEDED_WITH_ERRORS
External cab file processing completed with some errors.

1) What is the installed antivirus/security suite ?
2) Is their a 3rd party firewall being used ... if so, what is it ?
3) Is their other anti-malware software installed [ex: Spybot, etc] ?

Under "Latest Definition Updates", click the '32 bit' link on this page:
http://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/default.aspx

*Save* the latest defintion file update.

Then read " Install the latest Windows Defender definition updates "
http://www.microsoft.com/security/portal/ADL.aspx#top

Did that get the definition update installed ?
