error message 80072F78 for Cumulative Security Update IE 6 SP1

I keep receiving the error code 80072F78 each time I try to install the SP1
for IE 6. When I search for the error code, nothing is found.

Anyone have any ideas why I cannot install SP1 or what the error code refers
to?

Hi,
Can you please post some entries in c:\windows\WindowsUpdate.log (no space
in the filename) that show this error?
Does the log show multiple download attempts and all of them fail with the
same error?
