error message 80073715

Can anyone please help, I am new to this, I have windows vista and internet
explorer 7, I have been trying to download updates but keep getting the above
error code, also I am unable to upload any photos to Tesco or asda as
internet explorer keeps closing down and restarting, Any help much appreciated
