Running Vista Home Premium on new machine. I am a novice user. Have tried
to install 5 Windows updates and get code 80200053. Tried to download update
directly from website (KB935569) and got this error message. 3 of the
Updates are for Office 2007. The other 2 are: XML Core services Pack
(KB941833) and SQL Server Service Pack 2 (KB 921896).
Extracting file failed. It is most likely caused by low memory (low disk
space for swapping files) or corrupted cabinet file.
Saw a post from 2005 about XP where user soldved problem by running Detect
and Repair and then updated from Office update website. Would that work here?
