Error message after boot up

After the system boots, and after I'm in Internet Explorer, I get a message
box that contains the 3 file descriptions listed below. I have the choice of
sending it to Microsoft or cancel. I choose cancel and don't see the message
again in the current session. I think it might be from a wireless printer I
installed last week, but want to know what it is and if I can fix it.

Program Data\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Report
Queue\Report0cfb7b18\WER6F26.tmp.version.txt
[ same in all 3 files
WER6F27.tmp.appcompat.txt

WER6F48.tmp.hdmp

I'm using Vista Ultimate SP1

Thanks for your help,
Dave
