Error message after most of install is finished..

Everytime I try to download SP2 from Auto Updates or anywhere else, it has
the same error message. I didn't write it down, but I'm tired of it not
working. I wont get any new updates until SP2 is downloaded & installed.
HELP, PLEASE.
