error message when closing IE

Anytime I close IE I get the error message box that IE has encountered a
problem and needs to close. The error details is:
AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0019cb3b

Any feedback would be appreciated!
